Hasty’s Haven Selected as Our Clemson Charity Group

When the Walkabout Tour presented by Ritchie Industries comes to South Carolina in December, Hasty’s Haven will be joining us as our Ritchie Charity Ball Toss group. The non-profit organization is in Liberty, South Carolina, and rescues neglected, abused and abandoned horses in order to find them a loving home.

Hasty’s Haven is run by Joann Kelly and her daughter Kaitlyn as well as a team of dedicated volunteers. “We have been involved with horse rescue for 15 years,” Joann shares. “Hasty’s Haven was founded in 2020 and to date we have rescued almost 200 horses and other farm animals, dogs and cats. We do our best to meet the needs of our community. We have worked alongside local and national law enforcement tirelessly to rescue horses from neglect and abuse cases as well as owner surrenders from owners that can no longer care for their equines.”

As the Ritchie Charity Ball Toss group, Hasty’s Haven will keep all funds it raises throughout the event to fulfill its mission. Learn more about Hasty’s Haven by visiting its website.

Make plans to attend the Clemson, South Carolina Walkabout Tour taking place December 21 and 22 at the T. Ed Garrison Arena and Expo Center. Tickets are available on the Downunder Horsemanship store. No Worries Club members receive five complimentary tickets per year to attend tours.
