The June No Worries Club DVD is the first in a three-part series that will focus on Intermediate level exercises. Clinton visits the Method group “DUH Posse” and works one-on-one with four of its members in this lesson. Of course, when working on the Intermediate level, it’s likely that you’ll find a few holes in your Fundamentals. That was the case during this training session, so you’ll not only get great insight on exercises such as Rollbacks on the Fence, Yield the Hindquarters and Bring the Front End Through, Bridle Bending, and Serpentines, but you’ll also get helpful tips to improve your Fundamentals. You can watch the lesson now on the No Worries Club website.
